Registration Instructions

    SWC is using the Council's Doubleknot registration form which will automatically start the registration process at the given time. You'll need to have a credit card or e-check information and the information below to register.

Registration is Now Open!

    From 12:01 am, ???? until midnight, November 30, it's $20 per person.
    From 12:01 am, December 1 until midnight, December 31, it's $25 per person.

    Registration order is automatically configured when you complete the with a time/date stamp. This stamp will be used to determine your order in the campsite selection process.

Registration Instructions:

• Go to Registration link (bottom of the page)
• Click on Register
• On initial Registration only add 1 name
• Click on Add
• Click on Continue
• Complete Form (see items needed below)
• On Campsite Choices put Campsite Number only (will not take letters)
• Click on Continue
• Complete Payment Page

   You will need to have the following information to fill out the registration form when active:

1. Patrol Name

2. Patrol Leader's ...

   • ... Name

   • ... Primary Phone (cell or home) and Secondary Phone (home, cell, or work)

   • ... E-mail

3. Number of Patrol Members (6-10 only!)

4. Know your Council, District and Unit type and number
   (ex: Atlanta Area Council, Foothills District, Troop 1234)

5. Be prepared to pick your 1st, 2nd and 3rd campsite choices at Woodruff Scout Reservation. First come first served. See map on Download Page.

6. Use the comments area to provide special information the registrar may need such as the name(s) of other patrols you would like to camp with, medical needs of your patrol members, etc. Medical needs may limit the selection of campsite locations. We will try to accommodate requests but not guaranteed.

    There will be no need to mail monies this year. The registration requires payment (credit or e-check) to complete the process.

    If you need to register more than one patrol, simply return to the first registration page and repeat the sign-up. If you need to add people, go to the registration page and click edit.
