Let's make it official.
Register your patrol for SWC 2027. You'll need a patrol leader, a head count, and a patrol name (placeholders are ok). Register now and pay later. Campsites are assigned in order of registration.
Registration FAQ
Does each person register individually?
No. SWC registration is done as a Patrol. Patrols are 6-10 people. More than ten? You can split into two patrols— you can still camp together and share a table.
You do not need a roster of names to register. You can register a patrol of 10 now and fill the spots later!

Submit your registration now. Our registrar will send you a payment link to pay your fees. Fees are due within 30 days of registration or at camp check-in, whichever comes first.
We use your registration form timestamp as your "official" registration time when assigning campsites (not your payment time).
How much does it cost?
$35 per participant.
Which campsites are available?
You can see which campsites are still available on the campsite assignments page. The campsite map shows site locations and bath houses.
When will we know our campsite assignment?
Our registrar will contact the registered Patrol Leader with their campsite assignment. If you haven't received your assignment within two weeks of registering, please contact registrar@swcbsa.org.
Can we change our Patrol name?
Yes! You can register with a placeholder name now and change it anytime.
Can we add more patrol members?
Yes! You may add additional members anytime through check-in at camp. Each patrol can have up to 10 members. If you have more than 10, start a second patrol. You can still camp and participate together.
What if my patrol is from different units?
List one main unit to represent the patrol but feel free to include all the units represented.
Who can attend SWC?
All attendees must be 18 years or older and registered with a Scouting unit. We welcome new leaders, seasoned leaders, members-at-large, new Eagles (over 18), and participants from any state, council, or district.
What is the refund policy?
We do not refund registration fees.
What if the camp closes due to hazardous conditions?
If the camp closes due to hazardous conditions, SWC will move to January 22-24, 2027. In 58 years, this has happened only once, but please plan accordingly.
